Two held for planning to set ONGC oil tanks on fire in Mumbai
Mumbai: Two persons were today arrested by Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) for allegedly planning to set one of the ONGC establishments in Mumbai on fire, police said.The accused, identified as Abdul Latif Rashid, 29, and Riyaz Ali, 23, have been arrested from Mumbai, they said.
