Salman Khan may have to apologise if his fan asks: Bombay high court

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Salman Khan is in the soup for ‘helping a paraplegic fan with donation and then using it as a ‘publicity stunt’.A division bench of justice Ranjana Desai and justice Mridula Bhatkar of the Bombay high court issued a notice to Vijay Galani, the producer and director of Khan’s filmVeer, and to a city-based tabloid and its reporter for printing a story in favour of the actor.
The court was hearing a petition filed by Phool Banoo Bakshi Ilahi.
The court directed Khan, the senior inspector and the assistant commissioner of the VP Road police station, and the deputy commissioner of police, Zone II, to file their replies in two weeks.
